Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Alnasrr Quran Academy we aim to provide high-quality Islamic education services. Please read our Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Course Cancellation
- Students may request cancellation before the course or classes begin.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official contact channels.
- Once the course has started or classes have been attended, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Return Policy (Digital Services)
- Our services are digital and educational, therefore no physical products are returned.
- Once access to classes, recordings, or learning materials is provided, the service is considered delivered.
- Returns are not applicable for completed or ongoing courses.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Course cancellation approved before classes start
- Course canceled by the academy
- Technical issues from our side that prevent access to the course
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Missed classes due to personal reasons
- Lack of attendance or engagement
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days
- Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted
5. Cancellation by the Academy
The Quran Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to:
- Teacher unavailability
- Technical issues
- Insufficient enrollments
In such cases, students will be offered:
- A rescheduled class
- An alternative course
- A refund (if applicable)
